- to view it for the purposes of receiving and enjoying those services;
- if we expressly tell you that any material (be that a video clip, some music, a document of any other material) may be downloaded then you may download that material, store it on your own devices and make copies, provided in each case that this is only to the extent reasonably necessary for your own personal use. - Only contain opinions that are genuinely held.
- Must comply with the law applicable in any country from which it is posted, to which our site is targeted and from where our services may be provided to you.
A contribution must not:

- Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- Bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate.
- Encourage, promote or provide instructions for deliberate self-harm or suicide.
- Encourage, promote or provide instructions for an eating disorder or behaviours associated with an eating disorder.
- Include or promote sexually explicit material or any child sexual abuse material.
- Incite violence or hatred against particular groups.
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- Contain or promote any illegal content or that would be considered a criminal offence or contain, promote, incite or assist any illegal, unlawful or criminal activity.
- Infringe any copyright, trade mark or any other rights of any other person and must not promote or incite any unlawful or criminal acts such as copyright infringement or computer misuse.
- Include material that might impair the physical, mental or moral development of persons under the age of 18.
- Be likely to deceive any person.
- Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- Be in contempt of court.
- Be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
- Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
- Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of our website terms and may also be a material breach of any terms and conditions applicable to any purchases of our services made by you, or someone on your behalf. When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any material uploaded by you to our site.
- Issue of a warning to you
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
